      Headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, known as the "World Factory", the company leverages the Greater Bay Area’s complete supply chain system, mature logistics network and intelligent manufacturing industrial cluster.         Our core products include sintered NdFeB magnets and sintered ferrite magnets with customizable specifications, shapes and performance parameters. Available shapes include square, round, drilled special-shaped, racetrack, arc (segment), single-sided magnets, etc. NdFeB grades cover N35, N38, N40, N42, N45, N48, N50, N52, including N, M, H, SH, UH, EH, VH series, with an operating temperature range from 80℃ to 230℃. Our products are widely used in speakers, motors, receivers, toys, medical devices, magnetizers, printing equipment, lighting fixtures and furniture.

       Qiushuo Permanent Magnet is equipped with more than 200 professional production devices, including multi-wire cutting machines, inner circle cutting machines, precision grinders, special-shaped hole grinders, automatic magnetizers and optical sorting machines. It realizes the full-process production of permanent magnet materials including cutting, precision machining, shaping sorting and automatic magnetization, greatly improving production capacity and product consistency. We have a complete quality inspection system equipped with Gauss meters, precision calipers, magnetic property testers, constant temperature drying ovens, high & low temperature test chambers, salt spray testers, 2D profile projectors and other precision testing instruments. Full-dimensional tests on magnetic performance, dimensional tolerance, temperature resistance and corrosion resistance are available to meet customers' high-standard quality requirements accurately.

四、Development History

- 2013：Qiushuo Permanent Magnet was founded in Shatian, Dongguan; established the E-commerce department and launched the Alibaba store to start online business layout

- 2019：Set up the administrative headquarters in Nancheng, Dongguan to optimize enterprise operation and customer service system

- 2020：Founded the International Business Department to expand global markets; invested in and established the branch of Qiushuo Magnet (Dongguan) Co., Ltd.

- 2021：Established the Special-shaped Magnet Department to focus on customized special-shaped permanent magnet products

- 2022：Invested in the establishment of Ningbo Chenshuo Permanent Magnet branch; certified as Guangdong Provincial Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Enterprise

- 2023：Relocated the production base to Dongcheng, Dongguan, completed factory expansion and upgrading, and greatly improved large-scale production capacity
